1. Data collected

AdviceRequest collects the following data:

  • Email and name at account creation (via Keycloak)
  • Name and information about your business
  • Phone numbers of your customers (for sending review requests by SMS)
  • Google Business Profile data: OAuth access, Google reviews, published replies

2. Use of data

Your data is used to:

  • Allow you to send review requests to your customers
  • Display and sync your Google reviews in your dashboard
  • Generate suggested replies to your Google reviews (via AI)
  • Publish your replies on Google on your behalf (via Google Business OAuth)
  • Send you monthly activity reports

3. Google Business OAuth access

With your consent, AdviceRequest accesses your Google Business Profile account via the business.manage scope to:

  • Retrieve your Google reviews
  • Publish replies to those reviews on your behalf

You can revoke this access at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Disconnect) or from your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

4. Data retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except:

  • Brevo (email and SMS delivery)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Google (Business Profile OAuth)
  • OpenAI (reply suggestion generation)

6. Google API compliance

AdviceRequest's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, Google user data is not used for advertising purposes, and is not sold or transferred to third parties.
