Terms of Service

1. Publisher
The advice-request.com website and the AdviceRequest service are published and operated by KOBLIQ SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €100, registered office at 13 B rue du Craquelin, 58000 Saint-Éloi, France, registered with the Nevers Trade Register under number 104 008 370 ("KOBLIQ"). 2. Purpose
These terms of service govern the use of AdviceRequest, an online software service (SaaS) for professionals that lets them:
- send Google review requests to their own customers by SMS, email or QR code, with automatic follow-ups;
- optionally turn on private filtering, which invites unhappy customers to write to them directly instead of being redirected to Google;
- track their Google reviews, statistics and local competitors in a dashboard, and receive alerts and monthly reports;
- generate AI-assisted reply suggestions for their reviews, which they review and then copy and paste into Google themselves.
AdviceRequest does not publish any review or reply on Google on the user's behalf. The financial terms of subscriptions are set out in the terms of sale, which supplement these terms of service.
3. Service access
Using the service requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Every new sign-up includes a 14-day free trial, under the conditions set out in the terms of sale.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Only send review requests to your own customers, and only to those who have agreed to be contacted by SMS and/or email
- Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Never offer anything in exchange for a review
- Comply with Google's Terms of Service and its review policies, in particular when publishing your replies
- Not misuse the service or interfere with its operation
5. Liability
You freely choose how the service is configured, including whether private filtering is enabled, and remain solely responsible for the messages sent to your customers and for the replies you publish on Google. AI-generated reply suggestions are offered for your review: you are free to edit them before publishing them yourself.
KOBLIQ has an obligation of means and does not guarantee any number of reviews or any rating. The service partly depends on third-party providers and on Google's rules, which KOBLIQ does not control. Liability limits are set out in the terms of sale.
6. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. For your end customers' data, KOBLIQ acts as a processor and processes it only to provide the service.
7. Suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time under the conditions set out in the terms of sale (cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid). KOBLIQ may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are breached, in particular if unsolicited messages or messages that do not comply with Google's rules are sent, as set out in the terms of sale.
8. Changes and governing law
KOBLIQ may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. These terms are governed by French law.
