1. Purpose
AdviceRequest is a SaaS service that allows merchants to collect, manage and reply to Google reviews from their customers.
2. Service access
Using the service requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Comply with Google's Terms of Service when publishing replies
- Only provide phone numbers of customers who have consented to be contacted
4. Liability
AdviceRequest is not responsible for the content of replies published on Google on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for the replies you choose to publish.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access in case of violation of these terms.
