Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 2026

1. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale govern subscriptions to the paid plans of the AdviceRequest service, published by KOBLIQ, a French SAS with a share capital of €100, registered office at 13 B rue du Craquelin, 58000 Saint-Éloi, France, registered with the Nevers Trade Register under number 104 008 370 ("KOBLIQ").

The service is intended exclusively for professionals (shops, tradespeople, independent professionals, companies) acting for the purposes of their business (the "Customer"). Subscribing implies full acceptance of these terms of sale, which supplement the terms of service.

2. Service description

AdviceRequest is an online software service (SaaS) that lets the Customer send Google review requests to its own customers by SMS, email or QR code, with automatic follow-ups and optional private filtering, track its reviews and draft replies with the help of artificial intelligence, which the Customer publishes on Google itself by copy and paste. KOBLIQ does not publish any review or reply on Google on the Customer's behalf. The content of each plan is described on the Pricing page on the day of subscription.

3. Free trial

Every new sign-up includes a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required, including 10 review requests. At the end of the trial, the account is suspended unless the Customer subscribes to a paid plan. Data is kept for 30 days after the end of the trial, then deleted.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros excluding VAT on the Pricing page. Applicable VAT is added at checkout. KOBLIQ may change its prices; any change is notified to the Customer at least 30 days before it applies, from the next renewal. The Customer may cancel before that date.

Plans include a monthly quota of review requests, each SMS or email sent counting as one request. Beyond it, the Customer can upgrade to a higher plan or contact KOBLIQ for higher volume; no overage is ever charged without the Customer's agreement.

5. Subscription, term and renewal

Subscriptions are taken out online, monthly or yearly. They run for the chosen period and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled.

The Customer can upgrade at any time: the change is immediate and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

6. Payment

Payment is made by card or direct debit through our provider Stripe, in advance at the start of each period (month or year). An invoice is made available to the Customer for each payment.

If a payment fails, KOBLIQ informs the Customer and may suspend access to the service after 15 days without settlement. Under Articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code, any late payment incurs penalties at three times the French statutory interest rate and a fixed €40 recovery fee.

7. Cancellation

There is no commitment beyond the current period. The Customer can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and access remains open until then. Amounts paid for the current period are not refunded, including for a yearly subscription.

KOBLIQ may terminate the subscription if the Customer seriously breaches the terms of service (in particular by sending unsolicited messages or messages that do not comply with Google's rules), after a formal notice left unanswered for 8 days, or immediately in case of fraudulent use.

After cancellation, the Customer can export its data for 30 days; it is then deleted.

8. Right of withdrawal

As the service is reserved for professionals, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply, except for professionals with five employees or fewer when the subscription falls outside the scope of their main business (Article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code). In that case, a Customer who asks to use the service immediately agrees to pay for the service provided until withdrawal.

9. Service availability

KOBLIQ uses reasonable means to keep the service available 24/7, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or if a provider fails (hosting, SMS carriers, Google APIs). The service depends on Google's rules, which KOBLIQ does not control.

10. Customer obligations

The Customer undertakes to send review requests only to its own customers who have agreed to be contacted, and never to offer anything in exchange for a review. The Customer freely chooses how the service is configured, including whether private filtering is enabled, and remains solely responsible for compliance with Google's rules, for the messages sent and for the replies it publishes on Google.

11. Liability

KOBLIQ has an obligation of means. It can only be held liable for proven fault, limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. KOBLIQ does not guarantee any number of reviews or any rating.

12. Personal data

For the end-customer data the Customer imports into the service, KOBLIQ acts as a processor under the GDPR and processes it only to provide the service. Everything else is described in the privacy policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Bourges Court of Appeal.
